MobileManager is the complete HandHeld companion to QuickBooks QBi and other compatible systems. It includes all the features included in LabelManager and StockManager with the following additional functions.

This is all done in the palm of your hand. It eliminates the need for manual data entry into QuickBooks, reducing the time spent in front of a computer monitor

Its seamless interface to QuickBooks QBi is designed to make it as easy and efficient as possible.

MobileManager will give your unprecendented stock management efficiencies of the like never seen with QuickBooks. It will enable companies which sell and maintain stock holdings of all sizes to now use QuickBooks efficiently and leaving you more time to concentrate on the running of the business rather than work in it.

Main features include Stocktaking, Purchase Ordering, Receipting of goods on arrival, Price checking, Price changing and Shelf label selection for printing.

• From the HandHeld device you click on download or upload to quickly and easily push and pull data from QuickBooks or other compatible systems
• Create, Edit and Delete Purchase Orders on the HandHeld device
• Efficiently receipt stock by either selecting previously created Purchase Order or create new a Goods Receipt
• Optionally allow users to change cost price of receipted goods from the HandHeld device
• Optionally allow users to enter different cost prices for the same item ie if you get a deal from your supplier where you can buy 4 dozen bottles, with the 5th dozen free. MobileManager allows you to receipt 4 dozen items at the normal price with the 5th dozen at zero cost. MobileManager will automatically account for the items using weighted average accounting
• Easily perform Price Check and optionally change sell prices from the HandHeld device, and all from the shop floor
• Perform Stocktakes with powerful PC based application and simple interface to QuickBooks or other compatible system
